6月28日下午,水(shui)電(dian)水(shui)利規劃設計總(zong)院組織召開(kai)《中國(guo)可(ke)(ke)再(zai)生能源(yuan)發(fa)展(zhan)報告2022》(以下簡稱(cheng)《報告》)和《抽水(shui)蓄(xu)能產業發(fa)展(zhan)報告2022》發(fa)布會。《報告》表示,2022年(nian),中國(guo)可(ke)(ke)再(zai)生能源(yuan)發(fa)展(zhan)成績斐然。全(quan)年(nian)新增可(ke)(ke)再(zai)生能源(yuan)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)機(ji)規模1.52億(yi)千瓦(wa)(wa),占(zhan)國(guo)內新增發(fa)電(dian)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)機(ji)的76.2%,是新增電(dian)力裝(zhuang)(zhuang)機(ji)的主力。可(ke)(ke)再(zai)生能源(yuan)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)機(ji)在全(quan)部發(fa)電(dian)總(zong)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)機(ji)占(zhan)比上升到47.3%;年(nian)發(fa)電(dian)量(liang)2.7萬(wan)億(yi)千瓦(wa)(wa)時,占(zhan)全(quan)社(she)會用電(dian)量(liang)的31.6%。其中,風電(dian)、光伏年(nian)發(fa)電(dian)量(liang)首次突破1萬(wan)億(yi)千瓦(wa)(wa)時,接(jie)近(jin)國(guo)內城鄉居(ju)民(min)生活用電(dian)量(liang)。可(ke)(ke)再(zai)生能源(yuan)在保(bao)障能源(yuan)供應方面(mian)發(fa)揮(hui)的作用越來越明顯。

在(zai)(zai)(zai)太陽能(neng)(neng)熱(re)發(fa)(fa)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)方面(mian),截至2022年年底,中(zhong)(zhong)國光(guang)(guang)(guang)(guang)熱(re)發(fa)(fa)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)累計裝機規模(mo)(mo)達到(dao)57萬kW。隨著中(zhong)(zhong)國首(shou)批(pi)光(guang)(guang)(guang)(guang)熱(re)發(fa)(fa)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)示范工(gong)程的(de)(de)逐步建成(cheng)投運(yun),中(zhong)(zhong)國光(guang)(guang)(guang)(guang)熱(re)發(fa)(fa)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)產業在(zai)(zai)(zai)裝備(bei)制(zhi)造、系統(tong)集成(cheng)、開發(fa)(fa)運(yun)行(xing)等方面(mian)均取得了(le)豐富的(de)(de)經(jing)驗,驗證了(le)光(guang)(guang)(guang)(guang)熱(re)發(fa)(fa)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)的(de)(de)技(ji)術(shu)可行(xing)性。2022年,以沙漠、戈壁、荒漠地(di)(di)區為(wei)重點的(de)(de)大型風電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)、光(guang)(guang)(guang)(guang)伏基(ji)地(di)(di)建設(she)全面(mian)推進,其中(zhong)(zhong)包含的(de)(de)光(guang)(guang)(guang)(guang)熱(re)發(fa)(fa)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)配套工(gong)程同步推進,將(jiang)為(wei)新能(neng)(neng)源基(ji)地(di)(di)提供重要(yao)的(de)(de)支撐調(diao)節(jie)作用。在(zai)(zai)(zai)“十(shi)四五(wu)”期(qi)間乃至今后較長一(yi)段(duan)時間內,光(guang)(guang)(guang)(guang)伏+光(guang)(guang)(guang)(guang)熱(re)、光(guang)(guang)(guang)(guang)風電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)基(ji)地(di)(di)配套光(guang)(guang)(guang)(guang)熱(re)、多(duo)能(neng)(neng)互補、風光(guang)(guang)(guang)(guang)儲一(yi)體化等多(duo)元建設(she)模(mo)(mo)式將(jiang)成(cheng)為(wei)光(guang)(guang)(guang)(guang)熱(re)發(fa)(fa)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)工(gong)程規模(mo)(mo)進一(yi)步拓展的(de)(de)重要(yao)發(fa)(fa)展方向。
基于已(yi)實施的(de)(de)光熱(re)發(fa)(fa)(fa)電(dian)(dian)與風電(dian)(dian)、光伏發(fa)(fa)(fa)電(dian)(dian)基地一體化項目(mu)推進建設的(de)(de)經驗,光熱(re)發(fa)(fa)(fa)電(dian)(dian)在(zai)優化新能(neng)源(yuan)發(fa)(fa)(fa)電(dian)(dian)工(gong)程電(dian)(dian)網(wang)接入、加強儲能(neng)調節能(neng)力(li)和系統支(zhi)撐能(neng)力(li)方面(mian)的(de)(de)作用已(yi)經得到證實。2023年,在(zai)進一步推進新能(neng)源(yuan)高(gao)質量(liang)發(fa)(fa)(fa)展的(de)(de)趨(qu)勢(shi)下(xia),著力(li)推動(dong)光熱(re)發(fa)(fa)(fa)電(dian)(dian)關(guan)鍵(jian)核心技(ji)術(shu)攻關(guan)、工(gong)程施工(gong)技(ji)術(shu)與配套裝備創新,研發(fa)(fa)(fa)具(ju)有自主知識產權(quan)的(de)(de)集成技(ji)術(shu),實現光熱(re)發(fa)(fa)(fa)電(dian)(dian)開發(fa)(fa)(fa)建設成本(ben)不斷下(xia)降,將成為進一步推動(dong)光熱(re)發(fa)(fa)(fa)電(dian)(dian)大規模應用的(de)(de)關(guan)鍵(jian)。
水(shui)電(dian)水(shui)利(li)規(gui)劃設計(ji)(ji)總院自20世紀(ji)50年代成(cheng)立(li)以來,一直(zhi)作(zuo)為可再生(sheng)(sheng)能(neng)源行業(ye)技術支撐服務單位(wei),大力(li)促進(jin)水(shui)電(dian)、風電(dian)、太陽能(neng)發(fa)(fa)(fa)電(dian)、生(sheng)(sheng)物質能(neng)、地熱能(neng)等可再生(sheng)(sheng)能(neng)源發(fa)(fa)(fa)展(zhan)(zhan)。水(shui)電(dian)水(shui)利(li)規(gui)劃設計(ji)(ji)總院編寫的《中(zhong)(zhong)國可再生(sheng)(sheng)能(neng)源發(fa)(fa)(fa)展(zhan)(zhan)報(bao)告2022》是第七個(ge)年度發(fa)(fa)(fa)展(zhan)(zhan)報(bao)告,報(bao)告堅持深入貫徹落(luo)實“四個(ge)革命(ming)、一個(ge)合作(zuo)”能(neng)源安全新(xin)(xin)戰略,立(li)足于(yu)實現碳達峰碳中(zhong)(zhong)和(he)(he)目標的新(xin)(xin)形勢和(he)(he)新(xin)(xin)要求,對中(zhong)(zhong)國可再生(sheng)(sheng)能(neng)源發(fa)(fa)(fa)展(zhan)(zhan)狀況(kuang)進(jin)行系統梳(shu)理和(he)(he)綜合分析(xi),全面反映我國2022年可再生(sheng)(sheng)能(neng)源行業(ye)發(fa)(fa)(fa)展(zhan)(zhan)情況(kuang),與行業(ye)同仁共(gong)同推進(jin)行業(ye)發(fa)(fa)(fa)展(zhan)(zhan),并(bing)為社(she)會進(jin)一步了解我國可再生(sheng)(sheng)能(neng)源發(fa)(fa)(fa)展(zhan)(zhan)提供信息支持。
