今年以來,青海省努力構建水、光、風、核、熱等多能互補、集成優化的清潔能源體系,全力再造兩個“高原三峽”。
青海省是中國(guo)鋰資源最豐(feng)富(fu)的(de)(de)省份,其中柴(chai)達(da)木鹽湖(hu)地區(qu)已探明的(de)(de)鋰礦儲(chu)量(liang)為(wei)1724萬(wan)噸(dun),占中國(guo)保有儲(chu)量(liang)的(de)(de)比例(li)達(da)83%。近(jin)年來(lai),青海省扎實推進海南(nan)藏族(zu)自治(zhi)州和(he)海西(xi)蒙(meng)古族(zu)藏族(zu)自治(zhi)州兩個(ge)“千(qian)(qian)萬(wan)千(qian)(qian)瓦級”清潔(jie)能(neng)(neng)源基(ji)地建(jian)設,計劃到2025年,海南(nan)、海西(xi)基(ji)地建(jian)成(cheng)規(gui)(gui)模均超過2000萬(wan)千(qian)(qian)瓦,再造兩個(ge)“高原(yuan)三峽”;到2035年,海南(nan)、海西(xi)基(ji)地建(jian)成(cheng)規(gui)(gui)模分別超過3000萬(wan)千(qian)(qian)瓦、5500萬(wan)千(qian)(qian)瓦,建(jian)設高比例(li)清潔(jie)能(neng)(neng)源發展(zhan)新高地。一(yi)批依托清潔(jie)能(neng)(neng)源產業鏈規(gui)(gui)劃的(de)(de)電化學(xue)、光熱儲(chu)能(neng)(neng)等項目正在(zai)抓緊規(gui)(gui)劃。
截(jie)至目前,海(hai)南(nan)州開發清潔能(neng)源(yuan)裝機(ji)(ji)容量達1864萬(wan)(wan)(wan)(wan)千(qian)(qian)(qian)瓦(wa)(wa),其(qi)中(zhong)光熱5萬(wan)(wan)(wan)(wan)千(qian)(qian)(qian)瓦(wa)(wa)、水(shui)電548萬(wan)(wan)(wan)(wan)千(qian)(qian)(qian)瓦(wa)(wa)、光伏900萬(wan)(wan)(wan)(wan)千(qian)(qian)(qian)瓦(wa)(wa)(含儲能(neng)兩萬(wan)(wan)(wan)(wan)千(qian)(qian)(qian)瓦(wa)(wa))、風能(neng)411萬(wan)(wan)(wan)(wan)千(qian)(qian)(qian)瓦(wa)(wa),占青海(hai)省裝機(ji)(ji)容量的56%。海(hai)西(xi)州第一個千(qian)(qian)(qian)萬(wan)(wan)(wan)(wan)千(qian)(qian)(qian)瓦(wa)(wa)級(ji)新能(neng)源(yuan)產業集群架構順利實(shi)現(xian),柴達木地區實(shi)現(xian)白天全部清潔能(neng)源(yuan)供(gong)電,今年將(jiang)繼(ji)續擴大千(qian)(qian)(qian)萬(wan)(wan)(wan)(wan)千(qian)(qian)(qian)瓦(wa)(wa)級(ji)可再(zai)生(sheng)能(neng)源(yuan)基地規模,加強能(neng)源(yuan)輸送(song)通(tong)道建設,為(wei)率先在(zai)全省實(shi)現(xian)碳達峰(feng)奠定(ding)堅實(shi)基礎。
青海省還將建設(she)黃河(he)上游水電(dian)儲能(neng)工廠,擴大新能(neng)源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)配(pei)套建設(she)儲能(neng)設(she)施示范規模。大力發展數(shu)字經濟、鋰電(dian)等產業,提(ti)高清(qing)潔(jie)(jie)能(neng)源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)終端消費比重,推動各類新能(neng)源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)和(he)清(qing)潔(jie)(jie)能(neng)源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)在供電(dian)、供熱(re)、供氣、交通和(he)建筑中的應用,開展更長時間全清(qing)潔(jie)(jie)能(neng)源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)供電(dian)嘗試,推動形成(cheng)綠色生產生活方式。
