CSPPLAZA光熱發電網訊:5月29日(ri),桐鄉聚能(neng)(neng)啟(qi)泰儲(chu)能(neng)(neng)科技有(you)限公(gong)司就該公(gong)司擬建的(de)基于混(hun)合(he)儲(chu)能(neng)(neng)的(de)多能(neng)(neng)耦(ou)合(he)智慧低碳供能(neng)(neng)示(shi)范項目的(de)工程設計采購(gou)施工總承(cheng)包(bao)(EPC)發(fa)布中標候選人公(gong)示(shi),中國聯合(he)工程有(you)限公(gong)司(聯合(he)體:物產(chan)中大(浙江)儲(chu)能(neng)(neng)科技有(you)限公(gong)司、浙江啟(qi)明(ming)電力集團有(you)限公(gong)司)為第1中標候選人。


據公告,本(ben)(ben)項(xiang)(xiang)目擬(ni)新建1套(tao)有(you)效存儲(chu)熱(re)量(liang)為343MWht的(de)(de)熔(rong)鹽儲(chu)能(neng)系統(tong)及1×6.5MW發(fa)(fa)(fa)電(dian)(dian)機(ji)(ji)及配套(tao)管(guan)網(wang)、接入等(deng)輔助設(she)施。谷電(dian)(dian)階(jie)段本(ben)(ben)項(xiang)(xiang)目通過熔(rong)鹽電(dian)(dian)加熱(re)系統(tong)進(jin)行儲(chu)能(neng),儲(chu)能(neng)用(yong)電(dian)(dian)量(liang)約(yue)(yue)70MW;峰電(dian)(dian)階(jie)段由(you)熔(rong)鹽換熱(re)系統(tong)產(chan)生高(gao)溫高(gao)壓的(de)(de)蒸汽進(jin)入汽輪機(ji)(ji)發(fa)(fa)(fa)電(dian)(dian)。由(you)于裝機(ji)(ji)規(gui)模較(jiao)小,同時熱(re)電(dian)(dian)聯產(chan)項(xiang)(xiang)目發(fa)(fa)(fa)電(dian)(dian)機(ji)(ji)的(de)(de)發(fa)(fa)(fa)電(dian)(dian)量(liang)由(you)供汽量(liang)決定,對地(di)區(qu)電(dian)(dian)網(wang)影響不大(da),可(ke)作為地(di)區(qu)電(dian)(dian)網(wang)的(de)(de)補充(chong),適當降低電(dian)(dian)網(wang)損(sun)耗。本(ben)(ben)期(qi)工程建設(she)完成后(hou),在提供園區(qu)用(yong)汽的(de)(de)同時,熱(re)電(dian)(dian)廠(chang)可(ke)以(yi)外送的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)量(liang)約(yue)(yue)為0.2245×108kWh/年(nian)。


本(ben)項目采用熔(rong)鹽儲能技術(shu),利用谷電(dian)時(shi)段(duan)的電(dian)力(li),充分消納同(tong)時(shi)段(duan)綠色電(dian)力(li)及(ji)低谷電(dian)力(li),用于(yu)加熱(re)熔(rong)鹽儲能,于(yu)全天24小時(shi)為(wei)園區企業(ye)提(ti)供綠色蒸汽,并與高峰時(shi)段(duan)提(ti)供電(dian)力(li),這既助力(li)桐(tong)鄉熱(re)電(dian)聯產項目向綠色供能轉(zhuan)型(xing),也進一步(bu)優化能源(yuan)消費結構,推動園區乃至嘉興(xing)市的節能減排(pai)和綠色可(ke)持續發展。


熔鹽儲(chu)能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)作為(wei)一種已成(cheng)熟應用于太(tai)陽能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)熱發電(dian)(dian)站(zhan)的(de)(de)清潔低(di)碳儲(chu)能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)技術,與(yu)電(dian)(dian)化學儲(chu)能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)一樣,具有(you)電(dian)(dian)力削峰(feng)填(tian)谷、電(dian)(dian)網(wang)調峰(feng)等功能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng),本(ben)質上起到(dao)能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)量平移的(de)(de)作用,不(bu)但不(bu)會造成(cheng)嘉興本(ben)地用能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)總量的(de)(de)增(zeng)加,而且還通過(guo)特(te)有(you)的(de)(de)低(di)成(cheng)本(ben)、大容量、長時(shi)(shi)間儲(chu)能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)功能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)消納并將谷時(shi)(shi)段綠色(se)低(di)碳能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)源均分到(dao)全天24小時(shi)(shi)使用,既滿足當(dang)前(qian)的(de)(de)能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)耗雙控目標,也有(you)利(li)于桐鄉市順利(li)達成(cheng)即(ji)將到(dao)來(lai)的(de)(de)碳排放雙控目標。

據此(ci)前招標公告,中標單位將負責如下內容(rong):以(yi)設計采(cai)購施(shi)工(gong)總(zong)承包的(de)(de)方(fang)式(shi)建設基(ji)于混合(he)儲能的(de)(de)多能耦合(he)智(zhi)慧低碳供(gong)能示(shi)范(fan)項目,包括熱(re)力(li)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)、水處理(li)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)、供(gong)水系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)、電氣系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)、熱(re)工(gong)控制系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)等(deng)的(de)(de)工(gong)藝系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)及配(pei)套(tao)建(構)筑物(wu)(含熔鹽儲能主裝(zhuang)(zhuang)置儲罐(guan)區、電氣配(pei)電間、110kV升壓站主廠房(fang)、綜合(he)水泵房(fang)、消防水箱(xiang)、除鹽水箱(xiang)、集控室樓(lou)、門衛室等(deng))的(de)(de)施(shi)工(gong)圖設計、所有系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)設備的(de)(de)采(cai)購、保管(guan)、檢驗(yan)、試驗(yan)、裝(zhuang)(zhuang)配(pei)、安(an)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)、調試(包括單機試車、分系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)調試、全廠聯調、168小(xiao)時(shi)試運行)、驗(yan)收(shou)、維(wei)護及配(pei)套(tao)建(構)筑物(wu)附屬工(gong)程施(shi)工(gong)、管(guan)理(li)、保修服務(wu)及相應的(de)(de)技(ji)術、售(shou)后服務(wu)等(deng),直至驗(yan)收(shou)交付生(sheng)產并負責管(guan)理(li)協調各參建單位的(de)(de)配(pei)合(he)工(gong)作。
