7月8日,中國綠發阜康魯能100萬千瓦綠色能源大基地項目開工。該項目投資約58億元,是阜康市1億千瓦光伏產業規劃中大基地項目首批開工建設的項目之一,通過“配套儲能推進路徑”模式,建設10萬千瓦光熱配置90萬千瓦光伏。
其中,90萬千瓦光(guang)伏發電,計(ji)劃(hua)于2023年(nian)3月底前投(tou)運;配套的10萬千瓦光(guang)熱發電儲熱時(shi)長可達8小時(shi),計(ji)劃(hua)于2024年(nian)9月20日前投(tou)運,每年(nian)可支持電網(wang)調(diao)峰(feng)135次。

“光(guang)伏(fu)發(fa)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)具有不穩(wen)定(ding)性(xing)(xing)、間歇性(xing)(xing)特點。白天(tian)(tian)光(guang)資源好時發(fa)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)充足,但電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)網(wang)(wang)可(ke)能(neng)(neng)消納不了這(zhe)么(me)多電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian),到晚上用電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)高峰時,卻(que)因為(wei)沒有光(guang)無(wu)法發(fa)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)。因此,僅靠光(guang)伏(fu)發(fa)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)輸入電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)網(wang)(wang)時,不能(neng)(neng)根據用電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)需求來(lai)調節電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)能(neng)(neng)供應,對電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)網(wang)(wang)運(yun)行穩(wen)定(ding)性(xing)(xing)和安(an)全(quan)性(xing)(xing)帶(dai)來(lai)挑戰(zhan)。而配套建(jian)設光(guang)熱(re)發(fa)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)儲(chu)能(neng)(neng),目的(de)就(jiu)是(shi)將白天(tian)(tian)富(fu)余的(de)光(guang)轉化為(wei)熱(re)能(neng)(neng)儲(chu)存起(qi)來(lai),到晚上用電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)高峰時,將熱(re)能(neng)(neng)轉化為(wei)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)能(neng)(neng)輸入到電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)網(wang)(wang),使光(guang)伏(fu)與光(guang)熱(re)發(fa)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)捆綁(bang)在一起(qi)的(de)新能(neng)(neng)源基地,能(neng)(neng)根據電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)網(wang)(wang)用電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)需求來(lai)發(fa)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian),形成持(chi)續(xu)穩(wen)定(ding)供應。”中國綠發(fa)阜康(kang)魯(lu)能(neng)(neng)100萬千瓦綠色能(neng)(neng)源大基地項目相關負(fu)責人(ren)解釋。
光熱(re)(re)發電(dian)工作原理是通過大規模(mo)陣列反(fan)射(she)鏡(jing)面,將太陽光匯聚到吸(xi)熱(re)(re)塔上,通過吸(xi)熱(re)(re)器轉化為(wei)熱(re)(re)能(neng)儲(chu)存(cun)在儲(chu)能(neng)系統(tong),到晚上用(yong)電(dian)高峰時,儲(chu)存(cun)的熱(re)(re)能(neng)通過換熱(re)(re)裝置將水(shui)加熱(re)(re)成高溫、超高壓(ya)蒸汽,推動(dong)汽輪發電(dian)機組(zu)運行(xing),將熱(re)(re)能(neng)轉化為(wei)電(dian)能(neng)。
該項目建成后,根據年度(du)預計提供的清潔能源(yuan)測(ce)算,可節約(yue)標煤51萬噸(dun),減少二(er)氧(yang)化(hua)(hua)碳排放131萬噸(dun),減少二(er)氧(yang)化(hua)(hua)硫(liu)排放467噸(dun)。
中(zhong)國綠(lv)發(fa)阜康魯能100萬(wan)千瓦綠(lv)色能源大基(ji)地項目(mu),是中(zhong)國綠(lv)發(fa)投資集團有限公(gong)司加(jia)快實現“十(shi)四五”建(jian)設運營裝機3000萬(wan)千瓦戰略發(fa)展目(mu)標計劃之一。該項目(mu)建(jian)成后,通(tong)過光(guang)伏與治(zhi)(zhi)沙(sha)、光(guang)熱與治(zhi)(zhi)沙(sha)的有效結合,還將(jiang)持續改善(shan)荒漠戈(ge)壁生(sheng)態環境,預測荒漠治(zhi)(zhi)理面積可達3.7萬(wan)畝。
