對于光熱(re)發電這一新興行業,國內外缺乏相關設(she)(she)計(ji)(ji)標(biao)準(zhun)規范行業工(gong)程設(she)(she)計(ji)(ji)及建設(she)(she),在之前的(de)(de)一段時期內,部分(fen)工(gong)程設(she)(she)計(ji)(ji)技術(shu)只(zhi)有國際早期參與相關工(gong)程的(de)(de)企業掌握,并無公開的(de)(de)標(biao)準(zhun)規范可依據。這一系(xi)列(lie)標(biao)準(zhun)的(de)(de)編制(zhi)與發布,填補(bu)了我(wo)國光熱(re)發電領域設(she)(she)計(ji)(ji)標(biao)準(zhun)的(de)(de)諸多空白,將對規范太陽能熱(re)發電行業的(de)(de)設(she)(she)計(ji)(ji)工(gong)作,促(cu)進太陽能熱(re)發電的(de)(de)科學(xue)發展起到極大的(de)(de)推動(dong)作用。
