7月14日,浙(zhe)江杭(hang)州(zhou)供電(dian)公司牽頭建設的“零(ling)碳+直流”園區(qu)(qu)項目——杭(hang)州(zhou)氫電(dian)耦合示范工程(cheng)獲(huo)得(de)錢(qian)塘區(qu)(qu)政府核準。這標志著5個(ge)月后,格力(li)園區(qu)(qu)內(nei)將(jiang)有氫能(neng)接(jie)駁車、氫能(neng)物流叉車投(tou)入使用(yong),同(tong)時園區(qu)(qu)內(nei)辦公樓、生產車間、數據中心等場所也將(jiang)用(yong)上綠色清潔電(dian)。
氫(qing)能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)作為最(zui)重要(yao)(yao)的(de)(de)新能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)源之(zhi)一,具有綠色無污染、能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)量密度高(gao)(gao)、運行維(wei)護成(cheng)本低(di)、可長時間存儲(chu)的(de)(de)特點,發展(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)潛力巨(ju)大,是(shi)發展(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)高(gao)(gao)效清(qing)潔能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)源、構建(jian)低(di)碳高(gao)(gao)效的(de)(de)能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)源體系的(de)(de)重要(yao)(yao)組成(cheng)部分(fen)。利(li)用(yong)電能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)制氫(qing),將富(fu)余(yu)的(de)(de)電力轉(zhuan)化為綠色的(de)(de)氫(qing)能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)儲(chu)存與利(li)用(yong),是(shi)實現(xian)節(jie)能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)減(jian)排的(de)(de)良好途徑,符合未來(lai)的(de)(de)發展(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)趨勢。
杭州氫(qing)(qing)電(dian)(dian)(dian)耦(ou)合(he)示(shi)范工程(cheng)選址于錢塘區(qu)(qu)臨江(jiang)街道(dao)格(ge)力電(dian)(dian)(dian)器(qi)園(yuan)區(qu)(qu)內,計劃(hua)建設每小時(shi)200標方堿性電(dian)(dian)(dian)解水制(zhi)氫(qing)(qing)系統,利用光伏與電(dian)(dian)(dian)網谷(gu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)制(zhi)備氫(qing)(qing)氣(qi)和(he)氧(yang)(yang)氣(qi),最大供氫(qing)(qing)量每天200公斤,制(zhi)備的氫(qing)(qing)氣(qi)部(bu)分(fen)(fen)通過45兆帕增壓機、加(jia)氫(qing)(qing)機為園(yuan)區(qu)(qu)內燃料電(dian)(dian)(dian)池接(jie)(jie)駁(bo)車(che)(che)和(he)物流車(che)(che)提(ti)供加(jia)氫(qing)(qing)服務;部(bu)分(fen)(fen)通過氫(qing)(qing)燃料電(dian)(dian)(dian)池發電(dian)(dian)(dian),產(chan)生的電(dian)(dian)(dian)能(neng)與熱(re)能(neng)供數據中心(xin)使(shi)用,實現用戶側(ce)的電(dian)(dian)(dian)、熱(re)和(he)氫(qing)(qing)的清潔供應。同時(shi)工程(cheng)制(zhi)備的氧(yang)(yang)氣(qi),通過增壓機接(jie)(jie)入氧(yang)(yang)氣(qi)管網,為園(yuan)區(qu)(qu)內生產(chan)車(che)(che)間焊接(jie)(jie)生產(chan)線使(shi)用。
電(dian)(dian)網谷(gu)電(dian)(dian)+新能源制氫與(yu)氫燃料電(dian)(dian)池發電(dian)(dian)的耦(ou)合,作為可調負(fu)荷成為平(ping)抑新能源出力波動的有效方式,實現電(dian)(dian)網調峰與(yu)新能源就地消納。利用(yong)日(ri)間(jian)高(gao)峰時(shi)段光(guang)伏電(dian)(dian)、夜間(jian)谷(gu)電(dian)(dian)進(jin)行電(dian)(dian)解水制氫,純化(hua)后的高(gao)純氫氣進(jin)行增(zeng)壓(ya)存儲,在(zai)用(yong)電(dian)(dian)高(gao)峰時(shi),氫氣通過(guo)燃料電(dian)(dian)池產(chan)生(sheng)穩定(ding)的直流(liu)電(dian)(dian)并入直流(liu)微網,為可再生(sheng)能源在(zai)終端能源系統中(zhong)規模化(hua)應用(yong)積累實踐經驗。
事(shi)實上,氫(qing)(qing)電(dian)耦合工程(cheng)(cheng)只(zhi)是“零碳(tan)+直流”園(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)區示(shi)范工程(cheng)(cheng)中的一環。浙江杭(hang)州(zhou)(zhou)供電(dian)公司依托(tuo)江東柔性直流示(shi)范工程(cheng)(cheng)、杭(hang)州(zhou)(zhou)格力園(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)區直流接入工程(cheng)(cheng)等項目,同(tong)時(shi)充分利(li)用格力園(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)區光伏、儲能(neng)(neng)等多(duo)種資源(yuan)(yuan),打造結合柔性直流配電(dian)網(wang)絡-新(xin)能(neng)(neng)源(yuan)(yuan)制氫(qing)(qing)-氫(qing)(qing)能(neng)(neng)儲存(cun)-氫(qing)(qing)燃料(liao)電(dian)池發(fa)電(dian)等多(duo)元素耦合示(shi)范,兼顧電(dian)網(wang)調峰、新(xin)能(neng)(neng)源(yuan)(yuan)消(xiao)納(na)、氫(qing)(qing)能(neng)(neng)利(li)用等功能(neng)(neng),構建園(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)區級能(neng)(neng)源(yuan)(yuan)互聯網(wang)樣(yang)板,最(zui)終實現園(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)區級生產零碳(tan)化。
下階段,浙(zhe)江杭州(zhou)供電(dian)公司將繼續深入開展(zhan)氫電(dian)耦(ou)合(he)技術研究(jiu),加快推(tui)進(jin)項目早(zao)日(ri)落地投運。同時創新氫電(dian)耦(ou)合(he)新模式,挖掘氫能應用(yong)新價值,帶(dai)動(dong)產業單位綠色轉型發展(zhan),助力碳達峰、碳中(zhong)和(he)目標實現。
